Weather has also been unpredictable here. Went to Bonn, visited Beethoven's house/museum. A lot of his old instruments on display. You could sure tell floor was old, so squeaky! Did window shopping in Bonn, clothes very inexpensive - should of bought some. Very surprised at the prices here, less than at home. I need winter clothes now though. Toured around the narrow streets, managed to find a...ice cream stand. Yummy! Watched some lovely swans swimming in river on train ride to Mannheim, beautiful sight. Sissy & I went to the castle & university in Mannheim, and of course checked out a ice cream stand! The ice cream in Germany is soooo yummy, there is even a flavour taramisu which I really like. There was a downpour the last while we were in Mannheim, noticed it didn't bother the swans at all!! The landscape is so green & tidy.
